JUDGE: CIVIL LAWSUIT IN FATAL CRASH WILL STAY IN TIPPECANOE COUNTY
Tippecanoe Circuit Judge Sean Persin has denied a change of venue request in one of two civil lawsuits filed against Brent Wills, a former golf pro who was behind the wheel in a Sept. 18 crash that killed two and severerly injured another.
Wills, the former golf pro at Coyote Crossing Golf Club north of West Lafayette, had asked for a change of venue in a civil lawsuit filed by the family of Kimberly Burge, one of two people killed in the crash at U.S. 52 and County Road 400 West.
