THE FORMER ATO FRATERNITY HOUSE: A plan to save the original Collegiate Gothic architecture of the nearly century-old house built for Alpha Tau Omega and add a new wing near Russell and Fourth streets near Purdue earned unanimous recommendation Wednesday night from the Area Plan Commission. But not without some blowback.
