ATTORNEY GENERAL’S CEASE-AND-DESIST THREAT FALLS FLAT AT TIPPECANOE VILLA
The cease-and-desist letter that arrived Feb. 16 from Attorney General Todd Rokita’s office – one telling Tippecanoe County that it was running an unlicensed health care facility at Tippecanoe Villa – seemed to come out of the blue.
