ATTORNEYS VS. JUDGE: ANOTHER ROUND IN DELPHI MURDER CASE
It should be interesting to see who shows up to Carroll Circuit Court in Delphi Tuesday morning, when Richard Allen is scheduled for a status update on charges that he murdered Delphi teens Abby Williams and Libby German in February 2017.
Friday brought another round of back-and-forth motions between Judge Fran Gull, an Allen County judge appointed to the case a year ago, and Allen’s initial court-appointed defense team.
