In the mid-‘80s, Bill Kisinger joined the Lafayette Citizens Band almost as a busman’s holiday.
“I wanted to play,” said Kisinger, a baritone player who was well into a nearly four-decade career as a faculty member working with the All-American Marching Band and other ensembles at Purdue.
