With Braun going along with IQ45 as a convicted felon, 2 impeachments, creating an insurrection to stop a congressional duty, plus more hatred/division, I don’t and will not go along with Braun. He’s shown his true colors to me, anyway.

“We need to make sure that we find the sweet spot,” Braun said. “We have to account for resources through property taxes and maybe using other sources – income taxes or anything locally you want to do. Use a referendum if you want to be more enterprising through your local government. Just don't expect taxpayers to pay more than the robust growth of the economy or grow the government at the expense of their ability to pay for it.”

Apparently, our governor is either blissfully ignorant of the controls the state has imposed on county and local governments on the taxes they may raise or desperately hoping that the Indiana electorate is.

In order to make up for the shortfall caused by the elimination of property taxes and reduction of income taxes, local government would need to pass taxes which, SURPRISE, must be approved by the VERY SAME Indianapolis GOP legislators grifting the tax breaks. WOW, it's quite the breathtaking shell game Braun is pursuing. One might say - almost Trumpian!

I'm surprised that Braun was willing to stick around. Good for him. And good for the crowd to let him know where he stands.

"Braun was asked – amid calls of “Shame!” – to justify his first-week executive order getting rid of DEI initiatives from state government and the fallout from that working its way through other measures in the General Assembly."

Governor Mike Braun and pastor by trade Micah Beckwith seemed surprised that DEI attacks are unpopular with Hoosiers in Tippecanoe County. In my opinion, their racism needs pointed out everywhere these 2 man-babies go. Screaming "shame" at them is tame. Borrowing from their grand old white supremacist past, tar and feathers are also an option for these disgusting racist MAGA Republicans. Its funny to watch their FRAGILE male egos get offended when Jezebels push back.

I ALSO noticed that Lt. Governor Micah Beckwith chose not to repeat his racist statements about humans working at Tyson Chicken in Logansport. He produced that filth when I heard him speak at a "We the People" event last fall. I wish Hillsdale, Michigan would have kept their trash human instead of sending him here.

I suspect he'll start avoiding the counties with an informed electorate and concentrate on southern Indiana - I mean northern Kentucky.

Braun drags around Beckwith to say "if you don't like me, get a load of this doofus!" Sadly, they will probably think that any opposition is a Sign they are Fighting The Good Fight, not bonelessly kowtowing to that turmeric-hued, Nazi-curious madman

That design for the tennis courts makes much more sense than did the design that had pickleball courts wedged in between tennis courts. Hopefully the pickleball noise will not be a problem for people who live at the end of Avondale and Vigo.

Noisy sports event should be shut down by 10 PM. Tennis and Pickleball included.

"...Reports came out earlier this month that Braun’s eight cabinet members will make $275,000 salaries, ..." This is kind of hilarious, in light of the fact that Braun wants to cut millions of dollars of state support for safety personnel and schools. Yeah, but THESE people are WORTH is....unlike your everyday firefighter or school teacher. Disgusting.

"Braun said, “I'm not going to be for moving water from one watershed to another, because that means you're robbing from an area. … You’ve got to treat it as a scarce resource.”" Not only that, but NOBODY has ever even studied what that would do to the existing water sources. Republicans at the statehouse keep on NOT asking the most important question.
