DNR TAKES OVER WILDCAT PARK AS PUBLIC ACCESS, BUT NOT AS A PARK
Casting about for more than a year to find someone to take over Wildcat Park, after the Tippecanoe County Parks Department gave notice that it was out by the end of 2022, the Indiana Department of Natural Resources found an answer: The DNR would just do it.
Terry Coleman, DNR’s Division of State Parks director, said the move comes with changes for the state-owned acreage along Eisenhower Road, east of Lafayette.
