DOG STORE OWNER RENEWS LAWSUIT THREAT, AS COUNTY PASSES PUPPY MILL BAN
The Ohio-based owner of Indiana Puppies Online, a shop in West Point, renewed threats that he planned to sue Tippecanoe County after commissioners gave final approval Monday on an ordinance that bans puppy mills in the county.
