HOMEOWNERS IN PURDUE’S PROVENANCE CLAIM DEVELOPER’S RENEGING ON ORIGINAL PLAN

Homeowners who bought into a single-family concept of Purdue’s live-work-play community west of campus pushed back Wednesday night against a developer’s plans to sub out houses for apartments in the subdivision’s next three phases, arguing that the new plan reneged on promises of what the neighborhood would be.
