JUDGE REJECTS MOVE TO STATE HOSPITAL FOR PURDUE MURDER SUSPECT
Ji Min Sha, accused in the October 2022 murder of his Purdue dorm roommate Varun Chheda, will not return to the state hospital but will stay in Tippecanoe County Jail as fresh, court-ordered competency evaluations are done in the next two months, according to a judge’s order Monday.
