Lafayette horror filmmaker to debut ‘Looky-loo’ at San Francisco festival
It was a ‘dark journey’ for Jason Zink’s latest indie horror flick shot in Lafayette.
First of all … There were a few tense moments early, maybe, but not much horror in Friday night’s installment of Purdue’s run deep into the NCAA Tournament, with a convincing 80-68 win over Gonzaga in the Sweet 16. On to the Elite Eight, where a rematch from early this season against Tennessee awaits Sunday.

LAFAYETTE HORROR FILMMAKER TO DEBUT ‘LOOKY-LOO’ AT SAN FRANCISCO FESTIVAL

Five years after “Straight Edge Kegger,” Lafayette horror auteur Jason Zink is looking for a successful film follow-up.
“Looky-loo,” a found-footage and first-person POV thriller, will debut Saturday, March 30, at the Unnamed Footage Festival in San Francisco. Zink, 35, directed, shot and (kind of) stars in the 83-minute feature.
