LAWSUIT TO END PARTISAN JUDICIAL ELECTIONS KNOCKED BY APPEALS COURT
A Tippecanoe County attorney might not be a fan of the way county-level judicial elections are held, with judges running attached party labels, but his rights aren’t being violated, even if a handful of other Indiana counties hold non-partisan contests for similar seats on the bench, the Indiana Court of Appeals ruled recently.
