LAWYER BOWS OUT OF FORMER TRUSTEE’S BACKPAY, DEFAMATION LAWSUIT AGAINST WABASH TOWNSHIP

The Frankfort-based attorney representing Jennifer Rae Teising in the former trustee’s lawsuit against Wabash Township over backpay and defamation claims left the case late last week, according to a filing in Tippecanoe Circuit Court.
