Some witnesses said he did. I have not seen video of that. Nobody was "blocking" traffic - they were crossing the street with the light. And they were quite peaceful.

Also, if police had found a joint in the cab of a truck driven by a Black man, do you think he would have avoided prosecution?
Or if it had been a Black man running through the crowd with a rifle? He would have been killed by police.
