I’m ashamed to call myself a Republican when people like Jim Schencke are trying to hijack the party.

Thank you for saying that. It saddens me that we have to spend any time even debating this person as a possible elected official, regardless of party.

You don't have to fill out all votes on a ballot so I'm leaving Rep for District 26 blank just like I did in the primary.

I’ve voted for Chris Campbell several times, plan to do so again. While I don’t agree with her on everything, I think she is trying to do her best in the super minority she is in.

I guess typically requesting the Republican ticket and voting for every Republican presidential candidate between 2000 and 2016 (abstained in 2020 due to to terrible options) and voting for over 90% Republican candidates in the 24 years I have been voting isn’t good enough to be considered a Republican since I don’t bow at the feet of Donnie.

If you're a RINO so is the guy who said “the person who agrees with you 80 percent of the time is a friend and an ally, not a 20 percent traitor.” Some dude called Ronald Reagan.

It warms my heart to see people across the political spectrum be able look at Jim Schenke and say: "That guy is really weird...".

Saw this stupid RV run a 4-way stop in my residential neighborhood last week. I'm sure that was also part of a conspiracy, just like everything else in his life, apparently

Clowns like this have made an absolute laughing stock of a political party all of my oldest male family members were proudly a part of, while me and my GenX + younger friends/family/social circles have steered clear of our entire lives. Trickledown Reganomics - reap what you sowed! *maga eyeroll*

Saw the RV several times on campus today and did not see any “paid for” disclaimers as required. Sounds like Jim doesn’t think any rules apply to him.

You didn't see them because they are only required by state law to be 1/6th of and inch tall. Mine are four times that height but pretty small. Dave Bangert, the writer of this pub, took pictures of the disclaimers in early June. At a local political event. Hosted by the Tippecanoe GOP.

you for one have a Protective Order for stalking this candidate on and off line and for making threats to harm or kill him.

Re: Schenke "...settled court filings that included ones tied to a red flag protection order case that had police take his firearms for a few years. (With court records sealed, Schenke said those situations were manufactured by employers and others trying to get him. " Oh, of course. EVERYbody is "out to get him". Classic paranoia, anyone?

Yes, there are people who want him out of the way. Those people are the VOTERS.

Well, then, why would anyone vote for these moronic candidates? You are just as stupid as they are. You think that just because you have always voted for the “wrong” party you can’t possibly vote any other way? I can’t think at this moment of an analogy as stupid as this reasoning! If you are a smoker who has smoked for 50 years, and now you have cancer, keep smoking only double the amount now!
