Pivotal day in Delphi murder case as suspect heads to court

Entries may be mailed or dropped at the Bindery between Dec. 1 and Dec. 31. There is a $1 entry fee and a $100 first prize. Richard Allen, a Delphi man charged with murder in the 2017 deaths of Libby German and Abby Williams, is expected in a Carroll County courtroom Tuesday morning, in what could be a pivotal moment in the investigation closing in on its sixth year.
