Sorry but I think we should make NDA's illegal. If your transactions cannot bear public scrutiny, then perhaps they shouldn't have been made in the first place.
Thanks, Dave. Curious response. Sounds like the information will be free flowing. May that be the case. We shall see. No word back yet on the outstanding question.
Is there anybody on that WL committee of four who have a background in this type of industry who would even recognize if something should or shouldn't be released? That stuff is very technical so I would think the committee should have someone qualified to recognize anything questionable.
I appreciate Zachary Baiel attending the zoning meeting to at least question some of this. sKHynix as noted has a "robust legal team". That's going to be a tough crowd to be dealing with especially when they will know the technical stuff.
Agreed. Thanks, Mo. We are now in the verification stage of these comments. I hope the commitment to transparency is true. We shall see with the actions that will unfold in the weeks to come.
The Mayor and Burns both stated that they would be aggressive with their evaluations. Again, we'll know by evaluating future actions.
