DELPHI MURDERS: PROSECUTOR ARGUES CASE STRONG ENOUGH FOR NO BAIL FOR SUSPECT RICHARD ALLEN
The murder charges against Richard Allen, accused in the 2017 killings of teens Abby Williams and Libby German, are sufficiently strong to keep the 50-year-old Delphi man in custody until his trial, Carroll County Prosecutor Nick McLeland argued in court documents filed this week.
