As the cast lineup fills out for a Hulu-produced limited series based on a bizarre case neglect, abandonment and age changes still playing out in Lafayette courts, Tippecanoe County prosecutors have for the second time this year asked a judge to rule on whether the parents have violated a 2019 gag order in the case.
Tippecanoe County prosecutors filed a complaint Wednesday, saying Michael Barnett violated an order Superior Court 2 Judge Steve Meyer issued when Barnett sold the rights to his version of a family and court drama that caught the attention of syndicated TV hosts and tabloid magazines across the globe.
