Former Wabash Township Trustee Jennifer Teising was claiming vindication after the Indiana Court of Appeals overturned her January 2022 conviction 21 felony counts of theft Thursday, ruling that prosecutors hadn’t made their case that she’d abandoned residence in the township and therefore shouldn’t have been booted from office.
