TO ALL THE FANS OF DOG PARKS …: Kathy Lozano, West Lafayette parks superintendent, has a simple plea about the dog park at Happy Hollow Park: “Please don’t jump the fence.”
The dog park, opened at Happy Hollow in May, instantly turned into a popular feature at the sprawling park, just off Happy Hollow Road. So popular, Lozano said, that the city had to close in recent weeks.
