CAN YOU FEEL A SEMICONDUCTOR FACILITY COMING ON?: Since the Wall Street Journal reported, attributing things to anonymous sources, that South Korean firm SK Hynix was going to plant a $4 billion semiconductor facility next to Purdue, in West Lafayette, questions asked around here have been met with tight lips. The number of times the phrase “can’t talk” has been uttered in the face of follow-ups in the past week? All of them.
