Wondering about the logic of waiting until August 31 to do a 2-3 month Salisbury/CR 50 road closure, after school is in session for the Burnett Creek elementary/Battle Ground middle/Harrison high schools, instead of starting it late May when school ended?
A lot of factors could have went into that including contractor availability. With the amount of construction that our rapidly growing area is seeing, I'm sure that scheduling is difficult. There are only so many contractors who can do such work, and they also rely on other prerequisite work to be done.
I'm sure the work is necessary, but lordy! W. Laf. sure does seem to mess with my me and my mind with their road construction.
