I think Holcomb did a good job in a difficult situation that he didn’t anticipate when he was first elected. And given the fact he was reelected in a landslide most Hoosiers agreed.

He made a call based on imperfect information, and even with 20/20 hindsight it has aged well. I also think he masterfully defocused IEDC's thirst for our water. I do not agree with his stances on abortion and equal rights, both of which have and will cause actual harm, but concede I'm in the minority. For sure more Pence would have been worse... it was a gift from Orange Jesus to extract that sanctimonious dunce.

I will never understand people who get ripshit angry over having had to wear a paper mask or take a proven vaccine but have no problem forcing women and girls to give birth (or maybe die). What does bodily autonomy mean to these people?

I THINK HOLCOLM WAS OK BUT THE ONE THING THAT I DISAGREED WITH HIM TOTALLY WAS WHEN HE SHUT THE STATE DOWN— THEY PROVED THAT IT HURT SO MANY BUSINESSES AND SENT THEM INTO BANKRUPTSY AND ALSO PROVED THAT IT DID NOT HELP ONE BIT WITH THE COLVID— I THINK IT WAS A POWER THING FOR HIM— AND ALSO NOT SIGNING THE BILL THAT WOULD KEEP TRANS BOYS FROM PLAYING WOMENS SPORTS — HE IS WEAK ON IMPORTANT ISSUES— DIDN’T DO WHAT HE WAS ELECTED FOR—SUPPORT THE PEOPLE—ED FROM WANAMAKER

With true respect, I'm confused by this all caps post. I didn't experience Indiana being shut down during COVID, and I was here the entire time. I was able to drive and safely get groceries, and even takeout food. We got daily mail. Gas stations and pharmacies were open. COVID as a pandemic virus did create havoc, I agree, and COVID the virus was responsible for economic and educational damage. But, we agreed that saving Hoosier lives was the #1 priority, even above saving human businesses. I experienced that we saved thousands of lives in that period and that we came out of the COVID restrictions much faster than other states. The blame for damage to businesses and etc. falls directly on the virus itself, not the fact that temporary measures were necessary to save human lives. Though, some value business more than human life, I know. I guess I'm old fashioned. I'm also confused about the usage of "trans boys." Without weighing in on the topic itself, please keep the terms correct. You are referring to transgender women playing women's sports. I didn't vote for the outgoing governor, but I give him a passing grade. Blessings to resilient Hoosiers!

I have a question— so I use all caps—I’m not saying that is correct or wrong— I guess that if I misspelled a word it would be terrible for you—- I do the best that I can do and that’s that—- I give HOLCOLM a “C” grade at the very best—-closing the state down did not save one life— just like staying 6 feet apart— that was a big power thing for him — and then getting Dr Box to tell me to wear a mask— she was a womens doctor — didn’t know anything about mask wearing— I was going to say what her profession was— starts with a G but I didn’t want to be corrected for misspelling—- have a good day
