WATER STUDY THAT REPLACED INTERA/LEAP PIPELINE REPORT EXPANDS: A state agency studying water needs across Indiana – including those prompted by a controversial LEAP pipeline concept – will expand it North Central Water Study from 13 counties near Tippecanoe County to 28 that touch the headwaters of the Wabash River, officials announced Tuesday.
The Indiana Finance Authority’s study will stretch from edge-to-edge across a northern and western section of the state.
