TWO CANDIDATES EMERGE TO FILL WEST SIDE SCHOOL BOARD VACANCY: The West Lafayette school board will decide during an Aug. 10 meeting between two candidates who applied to round out the remaining five months in the term of Rachel Witt, who plans to resign July 31 from the seven-member board after moving from the district.
