JUDGE GETS BACK TO WORK ON DELPHI CASE
Days after the Indiana Supreme Court ruled that Judge Fran Gull would stay on to preside over the murder trial of Richard Allen – and that Allen’s initial defense team was reinstated to the case in Carroll County – the judge on Monday issued a ruling on several matters that had been outstanding.
