DELPHI MURDER CASE: PROSECUTOR ARGUES ALLEN’S DEFENSE TEAM IS IN CONTEMPT: The back-and-forth continued this week between the legal teams and the judge in the case of Richard Allen, the 51-year-old Delphi man charged in the 2017 murders of Delphi eighth-graders Libby German and Abby Williams.

The latest shot came from Carroll County Prosecutor Nick McLeland, who contends in a filing from Monday afternoon that Allen’s recently reinstated defense team – attorneys Brad Rozzi and Andrew Baldwin – should be found in contempt.
