LEAP PIPELINE NEWS: Here are a couple of things to point out, as we wait to see what sort of bill emerges later this week in the General Assembly aimed at regulating Indiana Economic Development Corp. plans for a water pipeline leading from aquifers along the Wabash River in western Tippecanoe County to LEAP district developments in Boone County.
