Thanks to the West Lafayette Public Library for sponsoring today’s edition. The library this week will host the second event a in back-to-back Saturday series on homes designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. The event Saturday, Oct. 15, will feature Bob Score, of Harboe Architects out of Chicago, who will discuss his experiences in historic restoration work over the years, with a focus on Harboe’s most recent work with SAMARA, a Frank Lloyd Wright designed home in West Lafayette. The free lecture and Q&A begins at 6 p.m. at the library, 208 W. Columbia St. It’s sponsored by the Cornelius O'Brien Lecture Series, the Indiana University Committee on Historic Preservation, Indiana Landmarks and the John E. Christian Family Memorial Trust. If you can’t make it, the event will be livestreamed on the West Lafayette Public Library’s Facebook page.
