A CHAUNCEY HILL MALL TIMETABLE EMERGES.
AND CRITICAL VOTES COMING, STARTING WEDNESDAY, FOR ATO FRAT HOUSE DEVELOPMENT
Chicago-based developers told West Lafayette and Purdue officials Tuesday that construction on a 13-story development that would replace Chauncey Hill Mall could start as soon as spring 2024 but would take up to three years to finish.
One other thing about the long-awaited plan, still in the works at the top of State Street Hill: Hub Chauncey, as it’s being called, could have even more beds two blocks from campus than put into initial drawings delivered to city and county planners in February.
