WEST LAFAYETTE LOOKS TO LIMIT INTERSECTION PANHANDLING: West Lafayette Police Chief Troy Harris said the complaints started in earnest over the summer, with drivers reporting that people were walking between cars and along the medians, asking for money at the intersection of Salisbury Street and Sagamore Parkway.
“It’s become a nuisance for us,” Harris told West Lafayette City Council members Thursday.
