Many of todays young adults are well adjusted brats. Of course, some are fragile little snowflakes who need a swift reminder that favor and recognition are rewards for going above and beyond expectations.
Lest we fall into the age old habit of dismay at this younger generation, we do well to celebrate the existence of these young skulls full of mush. Someone is going to have to pay for the mess we have created and it certainly isn’t going to be the current crop of shareholders.

This is standard-issue "kids these days" commentary, common from every generation, and just as uninteresting today as it was a hundred years ago.
(The punchline, of course, is that 30 years from now the people who are kids today will be saying it about the kids of 2050...)
