How are voters who cast votes in good faith and legally to know that their vote has been compromised because of no initial by an official or no stamp by the clerk after the fact? They don’t!
I have voted by absentee ballot two times in my life. I followed the law when I submitted my votes.
I would be very upset if my vote didn’t count because of a stupid technicality that was of no fault of my own. Seriously?
We'll see if the Indiana Supreme Court kisses the Orange Con Man's ring. I did not vote for either candidate but this just stinks. This is Illinois politics happening in Indiana.

Again,Trump is wasting tax money on his revenge scheme. Why don’t people understand the motivation for this whole episode. I understand Indiana voters are all in on Trump & the whole Republican sales pitch. But ask your selves,are you & your neighbors better off with this guy & his toadies in office ? Higher prices for everything, constant stream of lies from D.C. , a never ending war in Middle East & Ukraine, bad blood from once Allies, compromised Courts from Supreme Court down to our local courts,lack of support during weather disasters & other support systems. All since Trump took office. Do we continue to shrug off our slide into 3rd world status while Trump & his family get richer,at our country’s expense ?? It’s time to Wake Up & vote these people out of office !!!
I have a question. Is it only absentee votes (and accompanying envelopes ) that can be examined for missing election workers clerical errors? Are those absentee ballots the only ones which were examined and either accepted or rejected? How could votes in person at the polling places be rejected on technicalities? Is it only absentee ballots which require some type of election worker documentation? If the CLERICAL procedure for noting that a person has voted in- person is DIFFERENT from that of an absentee ballot, is that a difference of legal significance?

The Supreme Court justices do not need a new job, so perhaps they can correctly interpret plain English.
