The inclusion of Mr. Goodin on the "ticket" is a deal killer for me if this comes to pass. As a man married to a man, I can't hold my nose and vote McCormick if Goodin is the number two. Unless, of course, he goes on camera and shares how he has dramatically changed on LGBTQ civil rights.

Why Mr. Goodin? Is this an attempt to reach the evangelical pro-gun demographic?

Yep. Also styling his name as GoodIN, amazing for a Hoosier politician. Dumb ideas don't matter when you've given up trying. Better Democrats needed.

Why not someone who represents the diversity of Indiana. We have 3 white men and 1 white woman. 2 White Evangelical pastors. Come on.

Yep, again. Although let's not rule out all white dudes because that would exclude my nerd crush Secretary Mayor Pete.

It's interesting that the preliminary report from the IFA on water mentions that the largest percentage (85%) of the water withdrawal in "North Central Indiana" - our area - is mostly non-consumptive. That is, most of that water is used, cleaned, and returned to the watershed. They do not mention how much of the water withdrawal from the Wabash Headwaters is non-consumptive.

Pay attention as they start looking at supply.

I am surprised water “withdrawals” are down vs 1985. Makes no sense. Is any explanation given?

Indiana Democrats - I get it. To be an electable statewide Democrat means having views that are to the right of our friends in Illinois or NY. But really? This Lt Governor was the best choice? I hope they fix things at the convention.

Regarding the water use reduction, this seems very odd because our population has grown. However, I do see fewer lawns being watered. I sincerely hope Hoosiers are conserving water. As for industry use increasing, please consider making them recycle and reclaim every drop of wastewater.

It looks like the reduction is in the energy sector. Might this be because of less reliance on nuclear or coal power? Just a guess. Maybe they're actually being more efficient.
