The proposed total reworking of the levee-side corner of State Street and River Road in West Lafayette, first floated publicly in February, will head for its first rezoning hearing next week.
And the proposal from Landmark Properties looks to be a bit bigger than first presented, according to plans submitted to the Area Plan Commission.
