Where the heck did Hockema come from, did he ever espouse his views publicly before the election, who the heck voted for him against a 15-year incumbent, and how the heck can we get rid of him?
He's wishing for the days when Miss Landers taught Beaver Cleaver in Mayfield USA. Maybe we can get Ron Alting to put school board impeachment into law like he did to get rid of crooked township trustees.

Sadly, he wouldn't even be in position to promote it if there weren't a bunch of people who voted for him.
Sad, but true. I also wonder how many people voted for school board positions and never read up or researched the candidates. Ugh.
