I would like to read a breakdown on how recycling works in our area!

I recycle all I can and do it conscientiously but from what I read and hear it's not worth the time. Thank you

You’ve been all over the big stories in town, and frequently have the most, best detailed info. Appreciate your follow up on the ongoing developments, not treating each thing as an isolated event.

To that end: am looking forward to the story that I know is coming - the controversy over the Stop the Water Steal (anti Leap pipeline) leadership. Obviously a case of “2 - or more - sides to every story”. Thank you!!

Why can’t we comment on the 1/2/24 story? Comments are open on the others. Maybe that article’s topics would generate too many comments? Many opinions on them all 👍👍👍

That was an oversight on my part. Comments should be open on that story now.

I'm writing with a suggestion for a column. What's with the gas prices in Lafayette? We recently (mid October} took a road trip to New England. Passing through six states we encountered gas prices ranging from $3.30 in New Jersey to $3.65 in Ohio. Returning to Lafayette we found we had to pay $4.19. Sam's Club was cheaper if you were a member. Why the discrepancy? I haven't seen a mention of this in the local media.

Not until you finally admit that little things made out of straw are vile.
